The Real Estate Education Center (further referred to as “REEDC”) and its associates, affiliates and principals are providing professional services to its clientele. REEDC offers professional ala carte services and they may retain any and all of its affiliates. REEDC offers true one-stop shop for all real estate, investment opportunities, training, instructing and all aspects of corporate design; not limited to any one particular function underneath REEDC. We charge and bill on retainer fees only.

REEDC does not procure or identify specific real estate deals. You may be exposed to real estate deals at seminars, webinars and on-site consultations and training. It is your sole responsibility to evaluate and act on those properties for your personal investment. We do not recommend or guarantee any property or investment.

As with any and all financial investments, there is no guarantee of outcome of financial results. This request to retain REEDC's professional services is at your request. The client assumes all normal and customary risks associated with real estate investments and its programs. All real estate transactions are considered confidential to REEDC and its associates.
