New Requirements

If you completed the 45-Hour Real Estate Salesperson Course prior to July 1st, 2008 you must take the 30-Hour Remedial Course in order to bridge the gap to the new Salesperson Course requirements and be eligible to obtain your Broker's License.

In this 30-hour course:

You will learn all the new information now required for Salesperson Licensure and become eligible to take the Broker's Licensing Course.

REEDC EXAM SCHEDULE

ReedC school exams are held every Friday at 10:00 am in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens. No appointment is necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

Any applicant who completed the 45-hour salesperson qualifying course prior to July 1, 2008 must also complete the 30-Hour Remedial Course in order to qualify for Broker Licensure.

NYS EXAM

Following the completion of ReedC's 45-Hour Broker Course you must pass the NY State Exam to obtain your Real Estate Broker License.
