BROOKLYN • Saturday, May 19th, 2012, 8am-6pm

This one-day program offers hands-on training in all aspects of investing in distressed properties. Learn how to:

  • Find and analyze property
  • Negotiate and work with sellers
  • Perform property inspections
  • Purchase foreclosed properties
  • Negotiate with investors
  • Obtain unlisted foreclosed homes
  • Prepare and negotiate a short sale
  • Apply creative resale strategies

This one-day training gives students the practical, hands-on experience they need to become successful foreclosure investors. We will be touring areas identified as having the highest profit potential for investors looking to purchase for cash flow.

We will tour single-family homes, Multi-unit homes, Condos, and Co-ops. Our specialized Foreclosure Real Estate team will target Short Sales, REO's and Fannie-Mae Freddie-Mac government-owned foreclosure properties.

We will perform live property inspections, as you learn to spot potential problems that may need repair after purchase. Lenders will be on call to assist in financing should you see a property you like.

Students will also have access to other team members including: property managers, closing agents, attorneys, home inspectors and renovation specialists to assist you.
