The Next LevelThe Real Estate Appraiser determines the value of a specific property based on a number of different conditions and circumstances. Becoming a Licensed Appraiser authorizes an individual to appraise real estate property consisting of 1-4 residential units with a transaction value of less than $1,000,000, and real property units with a transaction value of less than $250,000.
